Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases: the product arrives damaged or broken, you received the wrong item, or the product is defective or does not perform as described.

Return Conditions

• Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Unboxing video proof showing the issue clearly is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used makeup products are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons, nor are items with no proof of a defect, or items ordered by mistake.

Refunds

Refunds are processed only when we are unable to send a replacement for a defective or incorrect item. Processing takes 5-7 working days via bank transfer or mobile payment services such as Easypaisa or JazzCash.
